Full Journal pdf2014-02-19 House Journal Page 1635 HB 276 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 17, 2014, calendar (page 1611), was read the third time: 2014-02-19 House Journal Page 1636 HOUSE BILL NO. 276 "An Act making the Alaska Wage and Hour Act inapplicable to certain employees of motor vehicle dealers; and providing for an effective date." Representative Guttenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Guttenberg was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HB 276 pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 276 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
